An appropriate message for our time.

In our nation and around the world, there is a battle going on for the soul of our beloved America. The battle is intense. It is a fight to the finish for men's souls. Satan, knowing that his time is short, is living up to his name: The thief-destroyer-killer! Here are some strong words from the Son of God:

Rev. 2:2...I know thy works, and thy labor, and how thou canst not bear them that are evil: and hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

Yes, they said they were apostles, but were instead found to be liars. How did they try them? How did they know that they were liars? Because they lied! Any Christian that is concerned for his/her soul, will measure every word spoken by any Minister, whither an Evangelist, or, even their own Pastor, to see that it is the Word of God. If it doesn't compare with the Word of God, it is simply FALSE, regardless of who is teaching it, or, the seemingly sincerity of the minister.

We are living in a day, in which many Ministers (and I do mean many), have left preaching and teaching the truth of the Bible, and have substituted many of their dreams, revelations, and their own pet doctrines. In some cases, their own "special visits" with God Himself! Not only are we living in a time when evil nations are seeking to overthrow our government, and destroy our nation-we are also in a time of complete religious confusion!

Men, are worshipped as God, while many of our Governmental Leaders will bow down and worship "any god" if it is politically correct! Forgetting the first commandment, thou shall have no other god's before me! There are many voices in the air, but so very few, that can spiritually discern between the true and the false. We are drifting farther and farther into apostasy, by the help and deception, of many of our religious leaders.

False doctrines, are like Autumn leaves that fall upon the warm ground, finding a place to rest and decay in the hearts of men and women. Many voices, all of them calling for recognition, planting seeds of their destructive doctrines, in hungry gullible deceived hearts. Each one, working to build up his/her own little religious kingdom or Ministry, at the expense of the many decieved and undiscerning souls it destroys along the way.

The time for true discernment by the Church, is now! The time for God's truth to be made known is now also! Minister's that once stood for the truth, and without compromise, can now lie on National television and never blush! If the devil is very smart, he may pick up a few pointers himself from some of these frauds.

I recently found a booklet by one of the "faith teachers", and was absolutely amazed at the many trips the Lord made, to this Evangelist's hotel room. On one trip the writer said: "The Lord supernaturally appeared to me in the hotel room! He (the Lord) had some vital things to share with me! "As His presence filled the room, the Lord had this to say to me":

ASSIGNMENT FROM GOD!

(My people are in a financial famine, and I am giving YOU the assignment to go and tell them how to get out.) But, the people have to receive the one appointed to them by God, as His messenger! The Evangelist continued by saying: I HAVE JUST RECEIVED JUST SUCH AN ASSIGNMENT FROM THE LORD! When God visited me, He let me know, that He was going to bring about some great miracles in these last days.

The Lord said to me: "Son, I want to command my blessing upon my people". But the problem with most of my people right now is, they are listening to the world talk to them, and they won't let me talk to them! God said to me: I want to command a blessing upon you! All I have to do is say: PROSPERITY COME, LACK, GO.

{Editor} There is so much more to share about this nonsense, but I am sure you are able to see the absurdity of all of these lies! It is an amazing thing today, that where ever God is having a problem today, it always seems to do with His finance! Maybe God is broke, and we don't know it yet!

When you begin to warn God's people of the lies and the gimmicks used, they brand YOU as the heretic-faultfinder-or, self appointed judge. But as long as God gives me breath in this old body, I will continue to warn God's people, and accept the criticism gladly.

THE THIEF COMETH!

And he is stealing the Word from the hearts of many Christians, as they will not take thee time to read God's Word anymore for them selves. While the Devil is "counterfeiting" many of the gifts of the Spirit, many of God's precious people do not know the "counterfeit" from the true gifts.

I have been a Pentecostal-Full Gospel Minister for nearly 37 years, and I have watched Christians drive literally hundreds of miles, in the hopes of some Minister "calling them out" as they call it, and have the preacher give them some sort of prophecy! A "Word of knowledge" they tell the people.

I could not tell you the exact percentage, but I can say, that most of the "so called prophecies" are nothing but outright lies, or, acts of the flesh! The stories of visits from God, to some of the Motels of the Evangelist's, are many indeed. The apostle Paul never got so many visits from God, and he wrote most of the New Testament!

Benny Hinn stated, that Angels visited his room for 365 days in a row. He did not mention if anyone else saw them, but he surely did!

Christians need a clear word from God today, but it is a fact, that most of them are not going to take the time to search the Scriptures for themselves. Let Brother "wisdom" do it! I watch, as the minister's hold the individual head, or hand, and give them some long winded-general-prophecy, supposedly from God. Prophecies that are as faulty, and phony, as a snow storm in August.

TELL US LIES!

So many of God's true servants, see the people gathered in many of these "miracle services", and I am sure, that many of them think of what the great prophet Isaiah once said:

Isaiah 30:10...Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, prophesy not unto us right things, prophesy deceits:

What sensible person would believe, "that people would rather hear an outright lie, than the truth"? False prophecies, and "interpretation of tongues", are as common today, as weeds in a garden. It is hard to get rid of all of them, for they keep returning to destroy the garden if possible. Church folk are led to believe most anything that is said from a pulpit, "if it smacks of the supernatural;"!

While the morals in our country are at an all time low, and at the same time apostasy is at an all time high! You listen for men of God to sound the alarm from the wall, but you hear little warning if any. You look for a change in the Church of the Living God, and see little if any. I asked a sister in the Church the other day: "Have you heard your Pastor give a warning of any kind, against the homosexuality-abortion-apostasy-and spiritual condition of our nation, and the Church"? She said no! "All are bless me messages". I said: "God is going to hold "somebody" responsible for their lack of concern, and apathy".

THE THIEF COMETH!

With deception is at an all time high, Jesus Christ's command to "let no man deceive you", is certainly the call of the day. Some of our modern day Evangelist's are crying aloud: "REVIVAL IS IN THE LAND TODAY"! "THE VICTORY IS IN THE SHOUT"! The biggest revival this world has ever known is about to take place, says Benny-Kenneth-Avanzina-Schambach, and a slew of other "Word Faith ministers". On a TBN, program, Benny said: that "God told him so"! Send that pledge tonight, and help "bring Jesus back"! Does God tell someone something, that is in complete contradiction to His written Word?

The apostle Paul taught the exact opposite of Bennies predictions!

2^nd Thess. 2:2...LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU BY ANY MEANS: FOR THAT DAY SHALL NOT COME, EXCEPT THERE COME A FALLING AWAY FIRST, AND THE MAN OF SIN BE REVEALED, THE SON OF PERDITION.

It is a falling away (apostasy) that is coming first, (and is here already) NOT a revival! God help the True Church today, with the many thousands of "special revelations" going on by "so called men of God". I watched recently on a Telethon, while ministers, for (seven nights) in a row, distorted-perverted-twisted-and took out of context, the precious Holy Word, (verse by verse!) It was difficult to watch such a perverting of the Word indeed!

I suppose one of the most daring-blatant-twisting of the scriptures, was seen recently also on another Telethon. Reader, (listner) I challenge you right now to follow me in your Bible, King James Version hopefully, to see what just "ONE MAN" alone can do, in perverting and twisting the Word of God!

On a TBN Telethon, Evangelist R.W. Schambach, took the 23^rd Chapter of Exodus, where God was speaking to Moses, and made a total shambles of the true meaning of the chapter.

Using Exodus, and the 23^rd Chapter, out of "32 verses" Shambach took only "TWO VERSES", to try and prove his biblical right to ask for a $2000.00 pledge that night. Here is how Shambach twisted the verses, so follow closely in YOUR Bible please. He started with only the "first part of verse 19" which reads: The first of the first fruits of thy land thou shalt bring into the house of the Lord thy God. (The rest of the entire verse omitted!)

Putting the whole verse together as it should have been done, would have destroyed his purpose of twisting the scriptures. Of course if you read the entire 23^rd chapter, you could plainly see that God was NOT SPEAKING TO THE CHURCH, as Shambach said. God was giving Moses the divers laws and ordinances for Israel.

MORE TWISTING!

Now, to complete the "twisting" of the Word of God, R.W. then began to tie verse 19 to verse 25, AGAIN, only reading a THIRD of the verse! When he was finished taking "out of context-twisting-and perverting the scriptures", R.W. MADE THE "TWO VERSES" TO READ LIKE THIS: "THE FIRST OF THE FIRST FRUITS OF THY LAND THOU SHALT BRING INTO THE HOUSE OF THE LORD YOUR GOD?AND I WILL TAKE SICKNESS AWAY FROM THE MIDST OF THEE!!

The "implication being of course": When you pledge $2000.00 tonight to TBN, YOU WON'T BE SICK AGAIN! A total distortion, and, a flagrant abuse of the Word of God, by a man who had preached for many- many years, and knew better! It is by His stripes we are healed, NOT by our pledges to some ministry! R.W. needed to read again the severe warning in Revelation Ch: 22.18...For I testify to every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book. If ANY MAN shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book.

19...And if ANY MAN shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things that are written in this book.

You would have to laugh at the next few scriptures in Exodus 23, AS R.W. LEFT THEM ALL OUT! God, promised to destroy all of their enemies, in verse 28, He promised to send hornets before them to drive out the Hivite-the Canaanite-the Hittite, from them. I wondered after the Telethon, if God sent the hornets? And who was supposed to be the Hivite-Canaanite- and the Hittite that were threatening TBN? But sickness being removed, was "only part" of Shambach's blessing package that night.

DEBTS -AND THE HUNDRED FOLD SCAM!

At the end of the telethon that night, R.W. was to pray the "hundred fold blessing" prayer! What ever you give tonight, God will give you a "hundredfold back" R. W. says! "THE THIEF COMETH", AND HAS STOLEN MUCH OF THE INTEGRITY OF MANY OF OUR MINISTERS TODAY!

The next farce, was telling the world audience, that if they pledged tonight, they can SEND IN ALL OF THEIR DEBTS-MORTAGES-AND, THEY WILL ALL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY GOD! They will be burned on a certain night, and, you will have no more debt! Absurd you say? Thousands believed it, as the phone calls came in. I shudder, every time I hear (whither on TV, or in the local pulpits)-OBEY THE MAN OF GOD-YOU MUST OBEY THE MAN OF GOD!

R.W. said: "Some will say, Preacher, I tried it and it didn't work"! "Well try it again dummy" R.W. says. Can you believe the boldness of such remarks? RW had just said, he had done this 6 times before on this Network, and, if you had tied it 6 times and it hadn't worked, RW said: Try it again, for this is the 7th time, and it will work! What in Heaven's name has happened to some of God's people, who seemingly have little, or no, discedrnment?

PLEASE THINK DEAR READER!

If any person would just use the common sense God gave them, and realize, that if THIS "HUNDRED FOLD" JUNK WERE REALLY TRUE, That he/she should go to the bank, borrow every dime you can borrow-borrow from your friends-sell all you have, and use that also, BECAUSE GOD IS SUPPOSED TO GIVE BACK TO YOU A "HUNDRED TIMES" MORE THAN YOU GAVE HIM- RIGHT? That is what these shysters are telling you! THINK-THINK-THINK!

Dear friend, with all of the millions of dollars that many of these Evangelist's have, "THEY WOULD GIVE EVERY DIME THEY HAD, IF THIS LYING SCHEME WORKED"! They would be "billionaires" many times over overnight! But the whole thing is a farce! It is robbery with out a gun, plain and simple! They know it, and you should know it also!

On one Telethon, while they were "burning peoples debts" on the program, R.W. speaks to Paul Crouch and says: "Paul, Jesus is smelling the smoke in His nostrils from burning the debts here tonight!"

The Thief has come, and, has stolen the fear of God from many of the Ministers that "once" proclaimed the truth! Once the fear of God has left these men, they now give "false prophecies" "false interpretation of tongues" "special revelations"-false visions-dreams-visits from God Himself-and, plot and plan how to work "their exposure" to TV, to the best of their advantage, how be it sinful.

ONE DAY!

One day, Minister's will stand before an angry God, as He confronts them of all their lies, and gimmicks they pulled on the "little widow woman" they so much like to use in their begging for finance. The same "little widow woman" will condemn them for their manipulation of the poor, and, the abuse of all of God's children, which had no spiritual discernment as to their lies.

One day, the stories of the "little widow" who sacrificed all of her finance, to keep some lying Ministry going, will be over. One day, the story of the "little widow" who gave all she had, will be the chief witness against these frauds! One day, the story of the woman with the cruise of oil, who must "first bake the man of God a cake", will be told for the last time! One day, the story of "the little room" she fixed for the prophet, or, man of God, will be also be told for the last time.

I SALUTE YOU!

I have been a Pastor for a number of years. It is a demanding job! I am saying nothing in this message of the God called man-the Christ honoring minister today. I salute you! Your job will not get easier in the days ahead, if you Pastor, or, Evangelize as you should! If God has called you for a task, you are the finest when He called you. Remain as true as when He called you, and you will reap an award on that day! But, there is still the "Thief that comes", and tries to destroy, and this is what I am referring to in this message.

Many of the Ministers I know, AT ONE TIME had the touch of God on their life, but for various reasons have compromised the Word, become greedy, and for the love of money have sold their soul to the Devil, and, have not only gone astray themselves, but are leading others astray also. Jesus said: "If the blind lead the blind, they will both fall in the ditch".

Much of the integrity of the Church is missing today. They have adopted new fads. (much from TV's finest) and the same antics they will do!

Holy laughter "or so it is called" is a big thing in some of the Churches today. Being "slain in the Spirit" is a big item also in many of the mainline Pentecostal Churches. I am a Pentecostal, and I have seen true instances of "being slain" in the Spirit. It is a solem thing, and not just a fad to practice in all the services! But much of what we see today in Church, is only the flesh! The "Spirit" is many times not involved! Falling backwards is a big thing now also. You get all of your "catchers" lined up before the prayer, and then just go along behind each one, and ease them to the floor.

I have seen the power of God upon individuals for many years, but, I have never seen it on such a scale as now, especially since the "prime time TV shows". If you "don't fall" when prayed for now, then something is wrong with you, or, the Minister is loosing his power for the night. I know of one Brother who can throw his arms like Benny Hinn, and he says, it works all the way back to the 7^th row! THEY ALL FALL DOWN!

Are we in a game at Church today? "The thief" is stealing much of the sacredness, and reverence from some of our Church services". Oh well, what's next right?

One of the dangers in the display of the flesh at Church is: "Many sinners are turned off at the actions they see! They wonder, if everyone one has to act the same way if they give their heart to the Lord. You hear much about "tongues" today, but little as to their proper use! You hear constantly of "prophecy-or Word of Knowledge", but little or no teaching on how they are supposed to operate!

The teachings of Paul as to Let all things be done decently and in order" 1^st Cor. 14:40. is thrown by the wayside. When this happens, it brings confusion to many that are present.

The enemy is out to steal our joy-peace-love-faithfulness-and respect. Let us study God's Word, and walk in the light of it each day. In doing so, we will not give "THE THIEF" an entrance into our lives. As I close, many voices are on the "airways" today. Having a nice suit-fine car-or even a large Ministry, is not the proof of being a man of God!

God's man, will stand by-uncompromisingly- faithfully- defending the Word of God, and, teach others to do the same. When you find such a Pastor-Minister, stand by him-support him-pray for him-for he is a rare breed indeed in this society. Share this site with some one else if you would please.
